INKspired Blog Hop #30

Hi Bloggers, welcome to this week's INKspired Sketch Bog Hop. if it's your first stop - please be sure to ‘hop’ to all the other talented INKsired Team Members! If you have just landed here then you have come from Renee lynch. Be sure to click on her name if you would like to go back!

Wow I can't believe Christmas is almost upon us. There are 27 more sleeps to the big day (But I'm not counting -- I'm just a cranky elf that's not even started gift shopping!) It ALWAYS seems like there are a lot of days to go but before we know it - Christmas is upon us once more! At least my Christmas cards are finished and ready to send next week!

This week I'm really excited to share with you a little sneak peek from the upcoming New Occasions Catalogue. I have just returned from a fabulous time in Melbourne at the first ever On Stage Event with Stampin'Up!  It was totally awesome! A big thanks to my Room Buddies for none stop laugher and especially to my Stampin' BFF Louise Sharp for shouting us to High Tea at The Windsor. It was a well kept secret - the only thing we were told was we needed to dress the part! I spent a big part of the day feeling a little out of place as I don't do dresses, but I have to admit I kinda felt like royalty once we got there. It was such a beautiful place and the High tea was out of this world!

I can truly say that I have made some lifelong friendships through Stampin' Up! And enjoy the perks of being a Demonstrator. If you have a passion for Stamping and creating, love what you've seen in  Stampin' up! products then I would love for you to contact me and of course, Join my TEAM. If you would like to know more about becoming a Demonstrator and it's benefits, you can give me a call anytime on 0433432449 to find out how easy it really is!

Every second Sunday as part of the INKSpired Stampers we are able to play along and create a project from a sketch provided by my up-line Teneale Williams.  It's really a lot of fun and helps to keep our creativity flowing! Ok Enough chatting for now...

I was so excited to be able to play with some of the new products at the On Stage Event and I totally fell in love with the new Botanical Gardens Product suite. The colours are awesome and the matching framelits compliment the stamp set beautifully, but of course " Thats what Stampin' Up! does so well. They take the guess work out of it - as everything co-ordinates right down to the embellishments. Anyone can make beautiful cards just like this one! You don't have to be creative to be able to stamp.

STAMPING' UP! REWARDS

| on
7:34 PM

Some real Bling! Everyone knows I love bling – I just couldn’t believe my eyes when my reward arrived from Stampin’ Up!  Including an increase in my commissions for achieving the Silver Level

For those wondering why I received this necklace; Stampin’ Up! have recently revamped their compensation plan along with titles & levels for demonstrators, to bring everyone in line, now that Stampin’ Up! is  a (Global) worldwide company. we now all have the same titles and compensation levels – and we know what each of us are talking about, without having to figure out equivalents!

So now, all new demonstrators start at a Bronze level, with regular 20% commission.  The next level is Bronze Elite, where you receive an increase in your commission to 25%.  At Silver, you receive this lovely silver necklace (or a silver money clip, your choice); and it goes up from there all the way to Platinum Elite.

I will wear my necklace as a sign of what Stampin’ Up! If you would like more information about becoming a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator give me a call - 0433432449 or email  me at ncmacey@hotmail.com  "I’d love to talk to you".

INKspired Blog Hop #29

Hello and Welcome to another INKspired blog hop.  For this weeks sketch I wanted to create something bright and cheery. It's the first time I've used the Cherry on Top DSP Stack.  Totally in love with these papers! They are really fun to work with. I can't wait to see what the others have created with this weeks sketch by the very talented Teneale Williams.  If you have just landed here then you have come from the super creative Renee lynch. Be sure to click on her name if you would like to go back!

My card is pretty simple and straight forward. I love that this stack takes the hard work out of choosing colours as they all match perfectly. I just couldn't decide which one I liked best. Each sheet is double sided so you just have to flip it over and Walha "there you have it" Done!

Another Christmas - Embellished Ornaments

| on
10:25 AM

I'm totally in love with the Embellished Ornaments Stamp set & the new precision Plate from stampin' Up! The plate is prefect for very delicate thinlits.
I have had a few requests for the measurements I used to make this card! So here it is.....
This card was very quick and simply to make. First I cut a piece of lost lagoon A4 Cardstock in half length ways and folder it in half. I then cut a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock 8.5cm x 12.5 CM's. For the hint of colour I used the beautiful silver foil sheet from SU, cut at 7.5 x 11.5 CM's. The white that I stamped on was 7.3 CM's x 11.3 CM's
I stamped the Embellished Ornament in Lost Lagoon, cut a piece of the Silver foil for the top piece of the ornament. I used the new Silver cord form the Holiday Catalogue " Love it" and used a glue dot to adhere to silver foil piece. Using the two way glue pen I applied a little glue to the white stripes on the ornament and sprinkled some dazzling diamonds. What is a Chrissy card without some bling. I add a little more bling with 3 Basic Jewels Rhinestones. Using Versa Mark I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed with silver embossing powder.
You can save 15% when you purchase the Delicate Ornaments Thinlits Dies & Embellished Ornaments Stamp set as a bundle!

Hello and Welcome to another INKspired blog hop. I love all of the fantastic sketches that my super talented up-line Teneale Williams designs for us and I hope you can take away some inspiration from    what the others have created using the sketch this week! If you have just landed here then you have come from my super amazing friend  Marlene, can't wait to see what she has creative for us this week.

My Creation

As soon as I saw the Sketch I thought Christmas. The Embellished Ornaments die cut out was perfect. I layered it over some red foil sheeting from Stampin' Up! and popped it up using Stampin' Dimensionals. I love how it turned out. I also used the red foil to create a very fine edge around the shimmer white cardstock, then layered it again on the card its self.
