Perfect Pennants

For the challenge this week I have combined the sketch design from Just Add Ink and Freshly Made Sketches. I loved the background of this card that was created by simply cutting a piece of DSP in 3 but being left hand has some disadvantages because I put it the wrong way around. It was still just as effective don't you think! My up-line Teneale William always says " These's never  mistakes they are all individually designed".  This week's sketch design from Freshly Made Sketches comes from the very talented Narelle Farrugia who I got to meet at convention. Narelle is truly lovely and I just love her style. Thanks Narelle & Kim for sharing your designs with us. I'm really like using Bermunda Bay because you can create lots of different style with it. This was a very simple card to create. Hope you like it.

Petite Petals - Mojo Monday #344

This week I have been creating lots of different cards trying to come up with a swap card for the Annual Stampin' Up! Convention, which is held in May.  My  BFF Louise, Marls and the lovely Lisa are Jet Setting with me to Melbourne in 2 weeks.  It's always a very exciting time of the year because we get to see lots of sneak peaks from the up coming catalogue. 

I really loved the  Mojo Monday challenge design this week.  I also tried a different colour combo this week using Bermuda Bay & Soft Suede and loved how they complemented each other. The Gorgeous Grunge stamp set is great for creating some interest in the background. Sanding the DSP helped to soften the look of the card as well. Hope you like it
